My path to the kitchen wasn't planned: it found me. After years pursuing visual art, I discovered that food was simply another canvas. Growing up in a house full of seven hungry brothers, with a chef father and a brilliant baker for a mother, I'd been absorbing this craft my whole life without realizing it. When I finally stepped into the culinary world, it felt like coming home.
I believe every dish carries layers of history, culture, and emotion. That belief has taken me across the world, immersing myself in different kitchens, cultures, and culinary traditions to continuously grow my craft.
My goal is simple: to learn from every person, place, and plate I encounter and to bring those experiences back to you through food that tastes as good as it looks.
